When looking at feedback its useful to know who it is assigned to. Currently only the sattus and category are shown as labels

It would be great to have more customisation options with the header on the hosted portal. Right now it’s not possible to add some custom links to the menu on the header. This would help users navigate between the portal and my website better.

Would be cool if we have the option for 2FA with the Yubikey!

Would be great if there was an option to switch between the compact and longform button style dynamically depending on whether the widget is rendered in smaller screens vs larger.

Please add translations for the admin app, too! 🙂

Let us disable user interaction as well on other statuses.

We would like the ability to refer back to (backlink) to a post in another workspace. We should be able to backlink to multiple posts. Backlinks could essentially work like "insights" that feed into an actual feature. Where each backlinked post = insights that validate the parent
