Change ‘Skip’ button to ‘Submit as Guest’ when submiting feedback anonymously

Please allow the ability to translate any strings from English in any language so that the users can translate in their own language.

Description: I want to add custom fields to the post submission form of our Sleekplan workspace so I can collect additional structured information. While templates are available, users often don't follow the suggested format in a free text field. I'd like to have form field types
