Fix failing Linear ticket submissions from Sleekplan feedback items

Expected Behavior Submitting a Linear ticket from a Sleekplan feedback item should successfully create a corresponding issue in the configured Linear workspace/team and confirm success (ideally with a link to the created issue). Current Behavior Submitting a Linear ticket from a Sleekplan feedback item consistently fails with a failure message. No ticket is created in Linear. Reconnecting the Sleekplan–Linear integration does not resolve the issue for the affected user. Possible Solution Investigate authentication/authorization (e.g., expired or insufficient-scoped tokens, workspace access) and refresh flows triggered by reconnect. Validate team/project mapping and permissions during submission; provide clear, actionable error messages when misconfigured. Add retries with backoff for transient API errors and surface a correlation ID for failed attempts. Implement per-user integration health checks to detect and guide resolution of misconfigurations before submission. Steps to Reproduce In Sleekplan, open a feedback item. Click the option to submit/create a Linear ticket via the Linear integration. If prompted, select the target Linear team/project. Click Submit and observe that a failure message is shown and no issue is created in Linear. Context (Environment) The issue prevents users from creating Linear tickets directly from Sleekplan feedback items, blocking their workflow for pushing feedback into engineering. The user has already tried reconnecting the integration, but the problem persists on their side. Internal tests reportedly show the integration working, suggesting a user/workspace-specific condition. A fix should address the underlying failure and improve diagnostics to help users resolve configuration or permission issues.
