When entering my authentication token. I am able to enter all four nubmers in the first number field. This should automaticly skip to the next after each number - and ideally auto submit after the forth to make the login much smoother. (Tested with Microsoft Edge)

Currently, when editing statuses and categories if you click the button to delete a custom status or category, there is no warning prompt and it's instantly removed. This is very troublesome in the event that you accidentally delete a status as all the feedback goes into an "N/A"

It would be great if the email template customizer had some sort of preview on the side so we can see what it looks like. It would also be helpful for the HTML links that are required to be validated and send an error message if they aren't included in the template.
