Email template for merged posts

Problem : When we merge a post A into another post B, the author of post A receives a notification which implies his post has been refused, when it has in fact been merged. Solution : having an email template specific to merged posts, so when we merge post A, the author of post A receives a clearer email "Your post has been merged into Post B"
