Hi, it would be super cool to also retrieve a timestamp of when the changelogs where updated. Unfortunatly we currently just receive the "created" property, which contains the date of the changelog being initially published.

Maybe can use HTML alt attributes to show the real date and time when hovering on the relative time.

When creating/editing the body of a feedback post, there is currently no option to "Embed content" other than a YouTube link. It would be very helpful to be able to add images to the descriptions like you can for a changelog entry. In fact, it is technically possible to do this b

If I embedd / upload a transparent PNG, it will be converted to JPG afterwards, which results in a ugly white background. Would be super cool if this would be changed anytime soon! Regards

After a user has completed a CSAT or NPS survey, it would be great to have the option to define a follow-up action - or at least a text with CTA link - based on their score. E.g. Score > 8 → Review Score < 8 → Form submission

My suggestion is that you have {{fromstatus}} and {{tostatus}} so that we can fully info users as: has changed from {{fromstatus}} to {{tostatus}}.
