Answer to a conditional survey question is duplicated on all the questions that should be skipped

Expected Behavior In a survey with conditional questions, only the questions whose conditions are met should be displayed and answered. The questions that should be skipped according to the conditions must stay unanswered (empty) in the survey responses. Current Behavior When a survey contains conditional questions, the user’s answer is repeated on all the questions that should not have been answered according to the conditions. As a result, skipped questions appear to have been answered, with the same answer as the question that was actually displayed. Possible Solution Check how answers are mapped to questions when a response is saved. Skipped questions may be assigned the last answer given instead of being left empty. Make sure that a question excluded by a condition is saved as “no answer” and never receives a value. Check whether the issue comes from the display of responses (results view or export) or from the data actually saved, to locate where the duplication occurs. Add a test with a survey containing several conditional branches, where only one branch is answered. Steps to Reproduce Create a survey with a first question (e.g. a rating from 0 to 10). Add several conditional questions that depend on the answer to the first question (e.g. one question for low scores, another for high scores). Publish the survey and answer it as a user, so that only one of the conditional questions is displayed. Open the survey responses (results view or export). Observe that the answer is also repeated on the conditional questions that should have been skipped. As before, I assumed Sleekplan and a 0 to 10 rating as the first question, so please correct those if needed. I also don’t know where you noticed the repeated answers (results view, export or user profile), so I left that open in the context. If you tell me, I can make step 4 more precise.
