Conditional survey question with the “exactly” condition is not triggered when the user answers

Expected Behavior When a survey contains a conditional question using the “exactly” condition, the follow-up question should be displayed as soon as the user’s answer matches the configured value. For example, if the condition is “exactly 7” and the user answers 7, the follow-up question “Why?” should be asked. Current Behavior When the user answers with the exact value set in the “exactly” condition (e.g. 7), the related follow-up question (“Why?”) is not displayed. The survey moves on as if no condition had been met. Possible Solution Check how the “exactly” condition is evaluated. The comparison may fail because of a type mismatch (e.g. the answer is a string and the configured value is a number), or because of a strict equality check applied to the wrong value. Verify that the condition is correctly saved when the survey is created, and that it is correctly read when the survey is displayed to the respondent. Compare with the other conditions (e.g. “greater than”, “less than”) to see whether they behave correctly, which would help narrow down the cause. Add a test covering the “exactly” condition with a matching answer. Steps to Reproduce Create a new survey with a rating question (e.g. a score from 0 to 10). Add a conditional question “Why?” that is displayed when the answer is “exactly” 7. Publish the survey and answer it as a user, selecting 7 on the rating question. Observe that the “Why?” question is not displayed after answering. I wrote “Sleekplan” in the context as a guess, since the NPS and survey wording points that way, so please correct it if it’s another module. The question type in the steps (a 0 to 10 rating) is also my assumption, based on your example of answering 7.
