Deleted NPS votes are still displayed on user profiles

Expected Behavior When NPS votes are deleted, they should be removed everywhere. They should no longer be counted or displayed on the user records, and the users’ NPS-related data (score, response, stats) should be updated accordingly. Current Behavior After deleting the NPS votes, they no longer appear in the NPS results, but they are still displayed at the user level. The deleted votes remain visible on the user profiles (see attached screenshot), so the data is inconsistent between the NPS view and the user view. Possible Solution Make the deletion of an NPS vote cascade to the user level, so the vote and any data derived from it are removed or recalculated. If the user-level display comes from cached or denormalized data, refresh or invalidate it when a vote is deleted. Add a check that no orphaned NPS data remains linked to users after a deletion, and clean up the votes already deleted. Steps to Reproduce Go to the NPS section and identify one or more votes linked to existing users. Delete these NPS votes. Confirm that the votes have disappeared from the NPS list or results. Open the profile of a user who had one of the deleted votes: the NPS vote is still displayed. I couldn’t see the screenshot in your message, so I kept the wording generic. I left the context fields in brackets and the steps are my best reconstruction. If you tell me the product and where exactly the votes still appear, I can make the steps more precise.
