In app announcement doesn't appear in the dashboard

Expected Behavior Announcement popup appears in the user dashboard Current Behavior Announcement popup stopped after a week of published update Possible Solution Steps to Reproduce 1. 2. 3. 4. Context (Environment) The first time I create an update (the 3rd line changelog) and activate the in app announcement, it runs successfully and stay appear as long as the button is active (with the sign announcement). The second time I create an update (the 2nd line of changelog) and activate the in app announcement, it runs successfully in the beginning but immediately stop after a few days (maybe 5 days after posting). Meanwhile the announcement button is still active (with the sign announcement). The third time I create an update (the 1st line of changelog) and activate the in app announcement, It didn't appear at all in the user dashboard. The statistics of announcements and views are also show anything. Hope your team check this bug. Please don't tell us to activate the button because we have checked this thousand times. Thanks
