Segments and Categories cannot be chosen when editing or creating a Changelog

Expected Behavior We want to add to add a segment and a category for a changelog Current Behavior Both Option show only "None" despite their being Segments and Categories, that we already used. This problem occured on two different laptops, both used chrome Possible Solution Steps to Reproduce Just edit or create a new Changelog and try to add a category or segment 2. 3. 4. Context (Environment) We cannot post changelogs, or in app product news without segments to choose.
