Unable to upload images

Expected Behavior Current Behavior "Error during upload" error message, tap to retry doesn't fix it. This has been a problem for more than 12 hours at least. Tried to upload a screenshot of the error here but the same thing happened. Thankfully a direct screenshot worked. Possible Solution Steps to Reproduce 1. 2. 3. 4. Context (Environment)
