Zap missing user data

Expected Behavior When an targeted action triggers a zap flow. Zap then gets the user data to use as the flow dictates. Current Behavior Sometimes user name as well as email are blank while in the sleekplan ui they are populated. Possible Solution check connection to zap Steps to Reproduce zap triggered inspect the data zap captured user data will not be complete Context (Environment) We are using this to get data over to slack and hubspot for visibility/accountability outside of your platform.
