If scheduling a changelog post as draft the date is auto-reset on save

Expected Behavior If saving a changelog post as draft with a future date it should keep that date for future changes. Current Behavior Once saving a changelog post with a future publishing date it will be reset to now automatically. After hitting the "schedule" button the post is instantly published. Possible Solution Keep future publishing dates Steps to Reproduce open the Changelog make the necessary modifications select again the publish date click "Save Draft" then click the "schedule" button
