A possibility to write an email to a user and see the answer directly in the dashboard. Like a threaded chat, where you can communicate directly with the user.

We'd love to be able to filter on the feedback list by owners other than just the options of 'All', 'None', or 'Me'

It would be great to have a feature that allows us to use an email like feedback@somedomain.com to collect feedback. Simply by adding new feature requests for all emails received by that email.

Using the JIRA widget: If I leave the "Project" empty, it won't create a post in JIRA, but it doesn't throw an error, too. Need to be marked as a required field.
