It would be really practical, to have the total number of users contained in a segment. It would allow us to verify whether the segment rules are correct or not. Moreover, in the same way, it would be nice to have this total when selecting the segment while drafting a changelog.

If we have to test a segmentation value against multiple string, we need to add one rule per string. It would be much easier to add an IN operator field IN list of values to test against multiple values

What I would like to do is provide a backlink to the rules and guidelines on how to provide feedback and create posts.

Add an option to deactivate (not delete) a user. We would like to prevent the user from logging in, but preseve his likes/comments, posts etc.

It would be great if the email template customizer had some sort of preview on the side so we can see what it looks like. It would also be helpful for the HTML links that are required to be validated and send an error message if they aren't included in the template.

When searching for Jira tickets, using the Jira integration, it would be more useful to search by Jira ticket number instead of Title. Title is too broad and returns too many results.
