Customers have complained to me, that they don't get notified when someone has responded to their feature request. Also they don't get notified if someone responds to their comments. Even as an admin I ahve the same issues. I completely miss when customers ahve responded to things. I think automatically subscribing people to notifications if they interact with a feature request. If they leave a comment, or an upvote etc, automatically subscribe them.
