Add comments as thread to Slack new feedback notifications

We have been using the Sleekplan app for Slack to be notified whenever there is any feedback posted. When someone comments the feedback, it creates a new thread on our connected Slack channel. It would be great if there is any way it could create a response to the original feedback as a thread.
