Keep in-app announcements active across different pageviews

Now, if a user navigates away from the page the in-app announcements disappear. The user may not have noticed the update at that time. It would be great if in-app announcements stay active over several page views (until the user opens or closes them), so we could probably increase the read rate drastically.
