Impact Score Calculation is Counter-Intuitive

The impact score increases whenever the priority is set to low, but decreases whenever it is set to high or medium. It seems like the calculation for the impact score is reversed from what is should be. The higher the priority, the higher the impact. The calculation should be the inverse of what it is currently.
