NPS Dashboard no data when selecting a single day

### Expected Behavior When selecting a single day using the time range picker, it should display all submissions from that specific day. ### Current Behavior It doesn't show any submissions. Also, the graph shows wrong dates. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Go to NPS dashbaord 2. Pick the same day for "from" and "to" on the time-ranger picker 3. Check the feed / stats
