NPS Dashboard no data when selecting a single day

Expected Behavior When selecting a single day using the time range picker, it should display all submissions from that specific day. Current Behavior It doesn't show any submissions. Also, the graph shows wrong dates. Steps to Reproduce Go to NPS dashbaord Pick the same day for "from" and "to" on the time-ranger picker Check the feed / stats
