Publishing update in changelog lasts too long

### Expected Behavior ### Current Behavior I thought there was an error and wanted to close it because it took almost minute to get published and i only saw loader. Eventually it was published, but 50 seconds for this small action (without images or anything, just required fileds) is too much. ### Possible Solution ### Steps to Reproduce 1. 2. 3. 4. ### Context (Environment)
