Publishing update in changelog lasts too long

Expected Behavior Current Behavior I thought there was an error and wanted to close it because it took almost minute to get published and i only saw loader. Eventually it was published, but 50 seconds for this small action (without images or anything, just required fileds) is too much. Possible Solution Steps to Reproduce 1. 2. 3. 4. Context (Environment)
