Auto-redirect to identity provider if using SAML for the feedback board with one connection

**Issue** We have a SAML connection, which we use for the login on the feedback board. Now every user must first enter his email address and is then redirected to the identity provider. This step can be skipped by redirecting the user directly at the call, if the user is not already logged in. **Improvement** Automatically redirect to the identity provider if using SAML for the feedback board with one connection.
