Drafts in the changelog are not published with the current date

**Issue:** When I save a changelog update as a draft, the current date is saved with it. If I now publish the draft after a few days, it is published under the initial creation date. **Current workaround:** When publishing, set the date manually to today's date. **Possible solution:** Initially save drafts without date and use the current date when publishing.
