I often receive requests for a feature that cannot be fulfilled due to technical constraints, and as a result, I have to close these requests repeatedly. To prevent the existence of multiple closed issues that are essentially duplicates, I would like to have a merge function that consolidates them into one. This would ensure that only one issue is listed, but the votes and comments from the others are combined and reflected in the merged issue.
