Intercom sidebar widget

Use-case I would prefer the UX of the sidebar over logging Feedback via the actual chat box. With it in the sidebar, I can continue my conversation with the user in the chat, while simultaneously working in the sidebar on the feedback post. Required Search for feedback Create posts Add votes Pass user credentials from current conversation Nice to have See a list of posts created/voted by the current user
