Intercom sidebar widget

**Use-case** I would prefer the UX of the sidebar over logging Feedback via the actual chat box. With it in the sidebar, I can continue my conversation with the user in the chat, while simultaneously working in the sidebar on the feedback post. **Required** - Search for feedback - Create posts - Add votes - Pass user credentials from current conversation **Nice to have** - See a list of posts created/voted by the current user
