Hi, I try to go on the Sleekplan dashboard at least once a week (sometimes more often) to affect the right PM to each new tickets. I'd like to be be able to change the owner without having to open the ticket, in order to save time and keep my list open on the left. Today, I can change the status, change the category, comment, and that's all. The other actions could remain on the opened view, but changing the owner seems to be, for our organization usage, a level 1 action. Also it could be a 1st step to be able, in the future, to affect several tickets to 1 owner in 1 click > grouped actions in several ticket at the same time (to gain time I don't have on a daily basis ;) )
