Bug: Changelog search doesn't really work

1) Changelog search currently needs to be exact spelling, unlike the Feedback search. Wrong capitalization of search term will show no results. 2) After search has been entered, search box disappears. Clicking on changelong menu will bring back the search box again, but when the X in the search box is clicked, the search box disappears again instead of clearing the search term.
