That' s absolutely right. However Sleekplan is focused on the sub aspect of collecting feedback and and that is the area we primarily want to expand and improve. Thats a good point for long term vision of Sleekplan, but there are many players in that market (e.g. Crisp and Intercom) which are doing a really great job. Therefore, we believe that it is better to focus on the core of our product first.
Since we know that feedback and support goes hand in hand, we have developed an integration for Intercom.
