It would be great if you offer more sort options in the lists (e.g. adding the inverse sorting options of the actual ones under Feedback providing “Oldest” in addition to “Newest”, “Less voted” in addition to “Top voted”, and so on) and in general more filters for the lists (e.g. under Satisfaction and “Contacts) and also more customization options (e.g. customizing the columns in the lists or editing “widgets” on the dashboard).
