Switching categories on the standalone website reset status filter

Expected Behavior

When switching categories in the standalone website, we want to keep the current status filter or use the default one (at least)

Current Behavior

Switching categories set status filter to "open"

Possible Solution

(1) Keep the current selected status
(2) Set to the default status

Steps to Reproduce

Open the standalone website
Change the status filter to another status
Select another category

we run on Sleekplan
