Show approver and publisher of ideas in UI and audit log

Description: As a feedback manager, I want the product to display which team member approved and which team member published an idea, so that moderation actions have clear ownership and can be traced at a glance in the UI and in the activity/audit log. Problem: Currently, it is not clear who approved or published an idea within the feedback system. This lack of attribution reduces accountability, makes auditing difficult, and slows down follow-ups when clarification is needed. Benefit: Displaying the approving and publishing team members (with timestamps) improves transparency, accountability, and audit readiness. It helps teams quickly understand who performed moderation actions, streamlines internal communication, and supports compliance needs.
