Alphabetical sorting for tags

Allow tags to be arranged/displayed in alphabetical order. Requested by a customer (BST Global) who plans to add 100+ tags — the current "last 7 used" list plus type-to-filter makes it hard for product teams to browse a large tag list. Alphabetical ordering would make finding tags in the dropdown much easier at scale.
