Working "search all" field on moderation screen

Description: Add a functional "search all" field on the moderation screen where clicking a result opens that feedback in a new tab. Problem: Currently, admins need to navigate away from the moderation screen to search for potential duplicates or related posts. Benefit: Quick access to any feedback post without interrupting the moderation workflow.
