New admin UI: active filters & sort are hidden behind tiny icons and take more clicks

Problem: On the new Feedback Board it's no longer obvious which filter and sort/layout options are currently applied — these controls are hidden behind small icons. Previously the active filter parameters were clearly visible. It also now takes more clicks to change a filter. Requested: Surface the active filter/sort state clearly (visible chips/labels rather than hidden behind tiny icons). Reduce the number of clicks needed to adjust filters. Note: Marco mentioned they're working on fewer-click filter controls and a save button for frequently used filters (bookmarked filters) in the 2.1 update. A related "saved views / saved filters" request already exists (#66825); this post is specifically about the visibility of active filters and click-count in the new UI.
