New admin UI: make Votes and key properties (Status, Category) more prominent in the open-feedback view

Problem: In the redesigned admin interface, when a feedback post is open, the vote count and the Properties (Status, Category, etc.) are now tucked into the right sidebar as small elements. These are among the most important parameters for triaging feedback, and the new layout de-emphasises them compared with the previous design — they're easy to overlook. Requested: Give votes and the key properties (Status, Category, …) more visual weight and/or better placement in the feedback detail view so they're immediately visible when a post is open. (Distinct from the earlier caching bug where Status/Category weren't clickable — this is about prominence/visibility, not interactivity.)
