"Open comment" and "Open post" should open in new tab or slide-in

When clicking "Open comment" or "Open post" during moderation, it navigates away in the same tab, causing loss of current position and applied filters. Opening in a new tab/window would preserve the moderation workflow and context. Suggested solution: Either open in a new tab or use a slide-in panel to maintain the current view.
