Display creator and publisher for each changelog item (UI or audit log)

Description: As an admin enforcing a new internal release process, I need to see who created and who published each changelog item directly in the product (per item) or via an in-product audit log, so I can verify ownership and publishing responsibility without contacting support. Problem: Today, this information is not visible in the UI. Support can retrieve it from backend logs, but that creates delays and adds support overhead. Without attribution, I cannot audit who posted a specific changelog or identify process noncompliance. Benefit: Self-serve visibility into creators and publishers improves accountability and compliance, reduces reliance on support, and enables faster audits of our changelog process.
