Default auto-redaction of email signatures in public comments

Description: As a workspace admin, I want incoming email replies to automatically strip or redact signature blocks and personal contact details before they are posted publicly, so that sensitive data is not exposed in public items. Problem: When customers reply via email, the entire email (including signatures with phone numbers and email addresses and quoted history) is appended verbatim to the item and visible to all viewers. This creates a potential data breach. This behavior appears to have changed recently, and manual workarounds (comment moderation or hand-editing) are not scalable for high-volume teams. Benefit: Prevents unintended exposure of PII in public comments Reduces compliance and privacy risk Saves moderation time and reduces human error Provides a consistent, safer user experience by default
