Suggestion chatbot

Description: one of our users would like to be able to send natural language questions 'is this feature planned ?' 'has this need been already signaled?' and get different related suggestions, and maybe a recap of the results. In short : a conversational bot. Problem: the search for existing feedbacks is not really effective and relies on key words. There are multiple feedbacks, roadmap items and changelogs on one topic and a summary would help. Benefit: this would ease the search of answers, also avoid multiple duplicate feedbacks on the same need
