Please enable tags on my account (should not be disabled)

Expected Behavior My account is on the Starter subscription which supports the use of tags. I should be able to add new and manage tags for the Feedback widget. Current Behavior Tags are disabled on my account. In settings / general / Feedback, Public Tags are turned ON. But... in the Tags area (/settings/tags), Add Tag (button) has a star on it, and it only takes me to /settings/plan as if to prompt an upgrade, rather than just adding a new tag -under /feedback/244950?view=default (or any feedback item), same problem, the Add Tag button just takes me to the plans page I simplly cannot add tags, and the system clearly thinks I do not have that feature capability. Possible Solution Please enable tags on this account Steps to Reproduce I do not know what led to this, but I have a theory. I created and used tags under a full featured Free Trial trial expired, tags were disabled (as expected) subscription was then upgraded from indie to Starter tags did not become active and available Context (Environment) Given the fact that this is probably related to having a full feature set, then losing it, then upgrading to get it back, it makes me wonder what other functionality I am missing due to the inability of the account to recognize what subscription plan is active.
