Satisfaction popup follow up question

Description: Include the option to edit a follow up question or follow up text for the Satisfaction popup, similar to how NPS popup has an "Automatic responses for leaving score" option. Problem: Currently, the Satisfaction popup prompts you to rate the service/product. Once a user rates it , the suggestion box shows up prompting for a follow up comment , as shown in the attached images . The suggestion box default text that says "Any suggestions how we can...." cannot be edited. Benefit: To personalize more the interaction with the user or to adapt the follow up message to the specific context of the Satisfaction popup displayed. It wouldn't be the same default pre-defined text for all Satisfaction popups. This would give more versatility to the pop up interaction.
