In feedback- forced to chose category first

Description: On feedback I want the user to be forced to chose category first, so that the correct template is chosen Problem: if user fills in text, and then select category, content is wiped out Benefit: We force user to use category so that the user experience is much bettter, and we make sure to tag feedback to our categories.
