Option to disable image zoom and improve widget responsiveness on ultrawide displays

Description: As a product admin, I want an option to disable image zoom in the announcements/changelog widget so image clicks open their external URLs directly, and I want the widget to render responsively on ultrawide monitors to avoid an oversized, zoomed-in layout. Problem: Image zoom/lightbox intercepts clicks on images that are intended as links, preventing users from opening external resources. On ultrawide displays, the widget scales too large and appears zoomed, harming readability and layout. Benefit: Preserves expected link behavior and reduces friction when directing users to docs, blog posts, or external pages. Improves readability and visual consistency across screen sizes, particularly ultrawide, leading to better engagement and fewer support requests.
