Ability to take a screenshot in the Chrome Extension

Description: It would absolutely excellent to be able to take a screenshot, cropped and with markup from the chrome extension. Problem: Our usecase is to deploy the extension to our employees and let them use that to provide feedback to our products. Right now the workflow is take a screenshot using the built-in screenshot tool from the OS and find and upload it. Benefit: Faster more to the point feedback.
