Show a message if comments are closed + remove "no comments" notice

If an entry is closed/done (e.g. when the entry is marked 'complete'), have some text that tells users that comments can't be posted anymore. -> 'no comments yet: be the first to write something' text is still visible after the post is closed, even though the user couldn't comment.
