Custom Identifiers Per Post

Description: There's currently a custom ID generated in the URL as part of the feedback posts system. I would like to either be able to customize an ID like this, or display this ID in the post details. Problem: It's currently difficult to track issues internally. Benefit: This would allow us to, at a glance, see what the issue is, cross reference with commit history, and etc.
