Enhanced RBAC Permissions Customization

Description: As a user of Sleekplan, I would like more granular control over roles and permissions (RBAC) in the dashboard, allowing specific permissions for users to create posts or vote on behalf of others without granting them edit or delete rights. Problem: Currently, the Member role includes Edit and Delete rights for feedback posts, making it difficult to limit specific actions for certain users. This could lead to unintended modifications or deletions of feedback posts. Benefit: Customizable RBAC permissions would provide greater flexibility for organizations to manage user roles and actions effectively, ensuring better control over feedback processes and safeguarding the integrity of feedback posts.
