MCP Server Integration

Description: Add support for Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI tools and coding agents to interact with Sleekplan programmatically. This would allow developers to build custom integrations with AI assistants like Claude, Windsurf, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible tools. Problem: Currently there's no standardized way for AI coding agents and assistants to read feedback, create changelog entries, query user data, or automate product management workflows directly from their environment.
