Network Error when adding new Changelog

Expected Behavior I should be able to create a new changelog with everything I need in it and click publish or save draft. Current Behavior Every time I try to create a new changelog I'm getting a error message pop up saying "Network Error". In the inspector it says there's a 403 error. Possible Solution Steps to Reproduce Go to Changelog Create a new one and fill out the details Click Publish Notice you get the Network Error message appear in the top right Context (Environment) This is stopping me from uploading new changelogs following a deployment on our system, so our clients don't know the release notes for new features.
